A lot was expected of Dean in 2011 and it turned out to be an awesome year for him as he took his show on the road racing the WERA National circuit. Aside from racing, he learned what it took to be a competitor at the highest level of motorcycle road racing. Dean was blessed to have worked with Apex Race Services owner/rider Tim Hunt last year. Tim was a very important part of Dean's success as he conquered a new track every race weekend. In the end Dean came up just a tad bit short of reaching his goal of winning two National Championships.
